Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to houstonorganicleaningservice.com. houstonorganicleaningservice.com offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. By visiting our site and/ or requesting service from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any of its services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service. Any new features or tools which are added to our current website shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
YOUR REQUEST FOR SERVICE
Although at the time of scheduling Houston Organic Cleaning Service ask for your time preference, please know that we will always do our best to schedule your cleaning appointment(s) within your preferred time, however, if we are not able to accommodate your preferred time, we will not only let you know right away but we try to schedule you as close to your preferred day and time as possible.
ACCESSING YOUR HOME FOR SERVICE
If you will not be home to let in our cleaning team, we recommend leaving a key in a safe place, provide us with a door code, or let us in remotely. For your safety, Houston Organic Cleaning Service LLC. Should you leave a key in a safe place, the key will be returned to said place when the cleaning team leaves. We will not hold keys overnight for any reason.
UNABLE TO ACCESS HOME
If for any reason, we are unable to gain entry to the home, we will notify you by phone, text or email. We will extend a courtesy 15 minutes before leaving. If the cleaning team is still not able to access the home after waiting the additional 15 minutes you will be charged the full 100% of your scheduled service.
REQUESTING THE SAME TEAM MEMBER - We will always do our very best to send the same team member/members to your home upon request, however, please note that this request cannot always be guaranteed , due to various reason that includes but not limited to vacation, illness or termination, etc., Houston Organic Cleaning Service LLC may find it necessary to provide replacement cleaning team members when necessary. However, because all our cleaning staff are experience professional, house keepers, you can rest assured that the quality of their work will always be consistent regardless of the team we send.
FEES AND COST TO CLEAN YOUR HOME - The fees quoted are based on the size and the condition of the home. Once the cleaning team arrive at your home, if the condition of your home is different than you explained, the price you were quoted may be subject to change in accordance with these Terms based on the actual condition of your home. Should this happen, you will be notified of the additional charges. If you agree, your card will be charged the additional amount. Please note, all fees quoted and adjustment to fees are before applicable state taxes.
PAYMENT - Payment methods we accept includes but not limited to, MasterCard, VISA, AMEX, and check. All payment must be made in full to Houston Organic Cleaning Service LLC before or upon completion of service. A $39 fee will be charged for all NSF or declined checks.
CANCELLATIONS AND FEES - At Houston Organic Cleaning Service we understand that life happen and there are times you may need to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment. If that happens, we ask that you give us 48 hours notice (2 business days, not including weekends) If we receive 48 hours notice, you will not be charged. However, if we receive notice within one business day, (24 hours) you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. In the event we receive less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. If you notify Houston Organic Cleaning Service LLC upon arrival to your home that we cannot enter, you will be charged for 100% of your scheduled service.
EMPLOYEES SAFETY - For the safety of our employees, insect infestation such as termites, roaches, fleas, etc., are not touched by our cleaning team. Should our cleaning team encounter such insects, you will be notified and the cleaning team will leave the home without cleaning it. In addition, if the cleaning team is exposed to vicious animals, exotic pets, drugs, or firearm, our cleaning team is instructed to leave the home without cleaning it. You will be responsible for the full cost of the schedule service in these events. Our cleaning team/staff are also not permitted to lift or move anything above 20 lbs, move heavy furniture or appliances to clean behind them or climb on anything higher than 2 step, step stool. If you would like our cleaning team/staff to clean behind heavy furniture and appliances, please ensure that these items are removed prior to the arrival of our cleaning team/staff. Once the area has been cleaned, the cleaning team will not be responsible for putting the items back or help to put them back. This is your your protection and the safety of our staff.
EQUIPMENT AND CLEANING SUPPLIES - Houston Organic Cleaning Service LLC provides all required equipment, supplies, cleaning products, tools and other items necessary to clean your home.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY - Houston Organic Cleaning Service LLC is fully bonded and insured. If something was damaged by the cleaning team during your schedule cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours after service has been completed. Please note, a receipt or proof of purchase for the damaged item will also be required for processing the reimbursement or replacement. In addition, Houston Organic Cleaning Service LLC will not reimburse or be liable to you for loss or damage to any items that are not properly secured. We will also not be held liable for any scratches or chips and dings. All fragile and breakable items must be secured or removed by you before your cleaning appointment. Please let us know a head of time if there are items and or areas you do not want us to touch or clean.
PETS - Please note, it is best to leave pets in a secure area to prevent pet from leaving the home through the door when the cleaning team is entering or leaving. Although we are pet lovers, we will not be held liable or responsible for pets that leave the home, while the home is being cleaned. Houston Organic Cleaning Service LLC is also not responsible for the actions or whereabouts of pets during the cleaning appointment. In addition, Houston Organic Cleaning Service LLC and its team members is not liable for any incidents involving pets during the cleaning.
OUR GUARANTEE - Since cleaning is a very personal and people service, we fully understand that occasionally an area may not be cleaned to your satisfaction. While we do not offer any refunds, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with cleaning provided, please contact us within 24 hours of your clean, we will re-visit the home to at no extra charge to re-clean the areas of concern. We want you to be 100% satisfied.
OPTIONAL TOOLS - We may provide you with access to third-party tools (Links Within Our Blog) over which we neither monitor nor have any control or input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools. Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s). We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS - Certain content, information, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or any other materials, products, or services of third parties. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS - We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, discriminatory, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service. You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality, or another personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive, or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false e‑mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin of any comments.
